2005 Whitetail Deer Season JournalWelcome to the 2005 Whitetail Deer Hunting Season Journals. We’ve been waiting for the start of bow season for over nine months and it’s now finally here. For the next two and a half months we’ll be spending most weekends and Thanksgiving week chasing, watching and being outsmarted by whitetail deer. Hopefully my kids will join me for most of the hunts. There is something special about having them in the woods with me. Over the coming weeks we’ll be bowhunting, rifle hunting in November and maybe a little muzzleloader hunting in December. It’s bowhunting in October and early November that I really enjoy. The fall smell and colors and milder weather make for a special time. Click on the links below to read the journals.
