April 4th Deer Photos

At this time of the year we are getting a lot of different visitors to our feeders including deer, raccoons, squirrels and quite a variety of birds. The raccoons may be the most frequent visitors lately.

The bucks don't have a lot of antler growth yet but they do seem ready to bust out. I would guess that the biggest antlers we have so far may be one inch long.

The food plots aren't providing a lot of sightings yet, but the activity at the mineral licks does seem to have increased.

Once again we didn't get any bobcat or coyote pictures this week, but we'll keep watching.

These pictures were taken with our StalkerCam, Camtrakker Digital Ranger, and Woodland SpyCam.

Buck with white feet

This is the only buck that we can identify by looking for the white around his hooves. I think this is a one and a half year old deer. StalkerCam

We caught this deer in mid-shake. StalkerCam

This is our largest antlered buck so far this year. StalkerCam
