August 15th Deer Pictures

Our cameras were only out for six days this week but we still got some real nice pictures.

We got less pictures from our food plots now that the hayfields have been cut, except for a small plot that had lablab in it that had only been planted less than a month ago. The deer came in to clean up the lablab, especially the bucks.

For the first time in a while we didn't get any coyote pictures. Maybe next week. We're also looking for the bobcats to show up again too.

We're still not sure how many eight point bucks we have hanging around. There seems to be a couple that look a lot alike, or maybe they are the same buck.

These pictures were taken with our Woodland SpyCam and Camtrakker Digital Ranger.

Split brow tine eight point buck

Here is one of our better eight point bucks that has grown a better set of antlers than it looked like he would earlier in the summer. Camtrakker Digital Ranger

Sticker Point Buck

This buck also came on strong later and has some impressive width. Camtrakker Digital Ranger

Tall eight point buck

I can't figure out whether or not we've seen this eight point before. Camtrakker Digital Ranger

Three whitetail bucks

Here is a picture of our three largest bucks around a mineral lick. Woodland SpyCam

Buck close up

A nice close up of the buck we call sticker point. Woodland SpyCam

Nine point buck

The nine point buck. Is he bigger than sticker point? Woodland SpyCam
