August 24th Whitetail Deer Photos

Ryan spent this week at our hunting property so we had the opportunity to do some different things with our cameras. We moved our exploration feeder to uncharted territory and were disapointed with the results. On the other hand Ryan put the tube feeder right in the middle of the hayfield, where we had the exploration feeder last week and we got great pictures at this location. All of the pictures on the page this week are from this location where we got 700 pictures. We also ended up getting pictures of two new eight point bucks.

Since we got so many good pictures we included an extra picture this week. It's our first picture of bucks fighting this year.

We again moved the exploration feeder to another location and expect to get some good pictures. We're hoping to finally get a picture of the buck whose antler we found this winter, so far he's been a no-show.

We also got another black bear. I retrieved the camera less than an hour after the bear was at the feeder. It's a real nice picture, take a look on the Black Bear Pictures page.

These pictures were taken with our homemade WhitetailCam P41.

10 point buck

This is our ten point buck, we're still not sure if we have one or two ten point bucks yet.

Sticker point buck

Here is our nine point buck with sticker points.

Wide nine point buck

In some of our pictures this nine point buck looks amazingly wide. The ten point and the high racked seven point are behind him.

Seven point buck

The tall racked seven point buck. I really hope this buck makes it into next year, he should be interesting.

Eight point buck

This is the first of the new eight point bucks. We got a lot of pictures of him at this tube feeder.

Close rack eight point buck

This is the second new eight point buck that we got pictures of this week. He looks a lot like a close racked eight point buck last year.

Fighting bucks

Our first picture of bucks fighting this year. It looks like the wide nine point and the nine point with sticker points.
