December 30 Whitetail Pictures

This is our last set of pictures for 2010. It hardly seems possible another year has come and gone.

It's been interesting how we still seem to be seeing different bucks. There were two bucks in our last set of pictures that we didn't see this time and there are a couple of bucks that we got pictures of this time that we didn't get on the 18th.

We still have a nice group of bucks. These bucks may be the best group of bucks we've had at this time of year. We may have had bigger bucks but I can't recall having as many nice bucks this time of the year.

We got our first picture of a buck that had shed its antlers and it looks like the only buck to have shed to date. I would expect that our next set of pictures will reveal more shed antlers. I hope we can find the sheds.

We didn't get any fox, coyote, bear or bobcat pictures this week so check back next time.

This weeks pictures were taken with our Penns Woods DS-07, Treebark Cameras 4.1, Trail Watcher 4220, EagleEye and StalkerCam.

Two eight point bucks

This is the bonus picture of two eight point bucks. It looks to me like the buck on the right has lost sight in his right eye and the buck on the left seems to have become the dominant buck for now. EagleEye

Buck with a shed antler

Pictures from December 21 show this buck with only one antler. StalkerCam

Big eight point buck

The biggest eight point buck who I think has a bad right eye. StalkerCam

One of the two big nine point bucks. He should be a great buck next year. Treebark Cameras 4.1

Another eight point that could grow into a real nice buck next year. Treebark Cameras 4.1
