July 9th Whitetail Deer Photos

The bucks have now developed enough antler characteristics that we can tell them apart and start to identify them. We also believe that we got a couple of pictures of bucks that have grown from five point bucks to seven point bucks.

We're still waiting to get a picture of a buck that shed an antler in our hayfield this past winter. He was a distinguinshable eight point buck last year so I think he should be identifiable this year when he shows up.

Once again we didn't get any bobcat or coyote pictures. We have a lot to learn about both of these animals.

These pictures were taken with our Camtrakker Digital Ranger, Trail Watcher 2060, homemade WhitetailCam P41 and Moultrie Gamespy 200.

Fourteen point buck

I'm anxious to see how long the sticker points on this bucks bases grow. He's going to be an interesting one.

Wide eight point buck

Here is the wide eight point buck on the left, it looks like he's trying to grow a ninth point on the right side.

Seven point buck

This is the first of two seven point bucks that we think were five point bucks in the last set of pictures.

Wide seven point buck

The second seven point buck. His antlers are a little wider.

Eight Point Buck

This is an eight point buck that we can't identify for sure. He may be the buck that was a small nine point buck last year, we're waiting to see.

Silhouetted Bucks

This is a nice picture of two bucks in a food plot with their antlers silhouetted against the sky.
