June 2nd Whitetail Deer Photographs

Our game cameras were only out for about four days this week but we still got some good pictures in this short time.

We got our first fawn pictures at two different food plots. The young fawns always look so cute, covered with all of those spots.

The bucks antlers are starting to develope a little character to them. It shouldn't be long until we can start identifying them by their antler characteristics. We also got pictures of a buck in one food plot where we hadn't previously seen a buck yet this spring.

These pictures were taken with our Penn's Woods Digital Scout, Moultrie GameSpy 200, Wildview Xtreme II and an EagleEye Trail Camera.

Nursing fawn

This is our first fawn picture. We got four pictures of this fawn and its mother.

Buck in cornpatch food plot

This is the first antlered buck that we have gotten a picture of in this particular food plot.

Buck in hayfield food plot

Here is another buck in a different food plot. It will be interesting when we can start to identify them and see how far they are traveling.

Buck with thick velvet antlers

Look how thick this bucks antlers are at the base. I don't know what kind of antlers he is going to grow.

Two whitetail bucks

Two bucks in our clover plot. The nearest one is heading towards the mineral lick.

Two bucks in velvet

These are the same two bucks. They hung around for about five pictures.
