June 5th Deer Pictures

The bucks are finally getting enough velvet antler growth that we are starting to be able to pick out a couple of different bucks. We think we've found the sticker point buck again and we have a buck with a slightly deformed antler similar to an eight point we had last year. We also have pictures of a buck that looks like he's going to have a split brow tine. This would be the first split brow tine buck we had on our property that we can remember.

We also got two pictures of coyotes this week. Make sure you take a look at them on our coyote picture page.

Our first fawn picture is also included. We got to see two fawns when we were there as well. It's always nice to see the youngs ones running around.

The deer are using our food plots a lot now along with the mineral licks and we put one feeder back up to see what the black bear does so we should have plenty of pictures again next week.

These pictures were taken with our Wildview Xtreme 5, Woodland SpyCam and Camtrakker Digital Ranger.

Split brow buck

This is a picture of the split brow tine buck taken on May 28th. Camtrakker

Split Browtine buck

This is the same buck on June 5th. I think it is always interesting to see how fast their antlers grow. Camtrakker

Deformed antler buck

This buck looks like he's going to have a non-typical antler. He may be the same buck that had a bulge on his antler last year. Camtrakker

Sticker Point Buck

We're pretty sure this is the buck that had the sticker points on his bases last year, we can already see one on his left base. Camtrakker

Whitetail Buck

A buck in one of our food plots. The buck lying in the background stayed there through 14 pictures. It sure doesn't look like the flash spooked this buck. Trail Watcher 2060
