May 12th Deer Pictures

Our black bear friend showed up again this week and this time he did more damage. He must not have been happy that the feeders were not throwing out corn so he tipped one of them over and ruined the timer. I have decided to put the feeders away for a while and hope the bear finds other food sources. He wasn't a daily visitor so I'm not sure he'll stop coming by even with the feeders put away, but we will find out. Take a look at our black bear pictures page and stay tuned to see if he sticks around.

The bucks are starting to show signs of good antler growth. It will be nice once we can start identifying them again. Right now they look like they are in one of three levels of antler development.

With our feeders in the barn we'll continue to watch the mineral licks along with our food plots and some other spots we have captured good pictures in the past.

These pictures were taken with our Trail Watcher 2035, Trail Watcher 2060, Woodland SpyCam and Camtrakker Digital Ranger.

This is the biggest buck. I think this is a different buck than the picture above, but I sure don't know this for sure. Camtrakker

Missing deer feeder

This picture was taken after the black bear knocked the feeder over. This deer sure looks confused. Woodland SpyCam
