May 6 Whitetail Pictures

Our cameras were only out one week this time. We made a trip for a little turkey hunting and to do some food plot work. Our turkey hunting was a success. My father-in-law shot a nice one Thursday morning and I got to spend some time on the John Deere in our food plots so it was a big success.

Of course, we also got some nice deer pictures. The deer have returned to the mineral licks as spring has emerged and rain filled the mineral licks with water. It's interesting to see their antlers start to split off brow tines. Maybe we'll soon be able to start to tell the bucks apart. We already see those that show more potential.

We didn't get any bobcat or coyote pictures again this week, but once again we'll keep looking.

This weeks pictures were taken with our Swamp Ghost Trail Camera, Treebark Cameras 4.1, Bigfoot SLE, Woodland SpyCam.

Buck close up

The hair on this bucks growing antlers makes me believe it is a young buck. Bigfoot SLE

Two whitetail bucks

The buck on the right looks like it has potential and the other one looks like a young one. Swamp Ghost

I'm not sure of the potential of this buck but I sure like the picture with the setting sun in the background. Treebark Cameras 4.1
