November 25th Whitetail Deer Photographs

This week was the opening week of rifle season here in West Virginia. I had mentioned in our last set of pictures that we had recieved less pictures and some of our regular bucks had not shown up in them. This weeks pictures also did not capture any of the larger bucks that we had been watching and we did not see any of them while we were hunting either.

Along with smaller eight and nine point bucks we did get one picture of a larger eight point buck that I do not believe we had seen before. This larger buck is in the background in one of the pictures and is difficult to see so the picture did not make this page.

We also got another picture of a bobcat but it's in the distant background so it is difficult to see as well.

These pictures were taken with our EagleEye, Trail Watcher 2060, Woodland SpyCam, Penn's Woods Digital Scout and a homemade WhitetailCam.

Seven Point Buck

This is the same seven point buck that we have been watching all fall.

Five point buck

This five point buck is the same buck that came withing 10 yards of my hunting blind one morning. I think he was curious about the bottle of doe urine I had sat out.

Fighting whitetail bucks

We got a couple of fights again this week. This fight involved the seven point and the nine point.

Four point buck

I saw this four point buck chase a doe away one evening. It was the only rut activity I saw all week.

Nine point buck

A young nine point buck.

Eight point buck

Here is an eight point buck that showed up later in the week.
