October 20th Whitetail Deer Photographs

We finally started getting pictures of a couple of different bucks and also saw one of our regulars in a different location. I'd been expecting to see bucks wondering a little more and it took until this mid-October week. We got pictures of the nine point buck on three game cameras in three different locations.

The game camera at the oldhouse captured several pictures of bucks shoving each other around. Unfortunately none of these battles were close enough to the camera to put on this page.

We had put a game camera on a gut pile hoping to get a picture of a coyote but just captured raccoons and opossums.

We're looking forward to next weeks pictures.

These pictures were taken with our Stealth Cam WD3, homemade WhitetailCam and a Trail Watcher 2060.

Whitetail Buck

We think this is a new buck. We got four pictures of him in two locations. We think he is an eight point with a little different antler configuration.

Eight Point Buck

This is another eight point buck that we haven't seen a lot so far this year.

Four Point Buck

This is the four point that was waiting on me when I arrived to hunt near this food plot.

Nine point buck

Here is the latest of our favorite nine point buck.

Big eight point buck

So far this is our biggest eight point buck. I'd like to get a look at these last two bucks.

Dominant Deer

Here is what happens when a nine point and a four point try to visit the same mineral lick.
