April 6, 2016 Whitetail Photographs

It's been two weeks since our last set of pictures. No big bucks yet. Usually at this time of the year the bucks are just starting to look like they might grow so we're looking for interesting pictures at this time of the year.

We do have one button buck. His little antlers look like they're trying to push up a little. It will be interesting to see how much he grows this year.

Looking for interesting pictures led us to a squirrel picture. We have some pretty healthy squirrels around here.

We're also still seeing turkeys and we got more pictures of them. The gobblers don't seem to want to smile for our cameras, but they're in the background.

We got some corn for them and use a little at a time to bring them to our cameras. A real cheap way to keep them around to catch them on camera.

Our biggest buck!

This scruffy doe looks like she needs a brush.

The gobbler is hanging out in the background.

We don't like seeing snow at this time of the year.

A nice daylight picture of a doe.

One of our healthy squirrels.
