August 23rd Whitetail Photos

Two weeks worth of pictures and we got most of the bigger bucks except for a good picture of our second biggest eight point. I'm wondering if this buck is getting pushed off to the side by the two bigger bucks. The camera on the telephone pole got one picture of two bucks. They look like two eight pointers that we haven't seen before, but we only got one picture and they aren't very close in the picture so it didn't make the page.

The big eight point looks real wide, well past his ears and the ten point has come on strong and is a real nice buck too. Hopefully the big eight won't break off antler tines like he did last year.

We also have the over-bite buck that is a tall racked eight point, the wounded buck that is a small eight point and a few other small bucks. The tall eight point should be a dandy next year if he survives. We haven't had a real tall, large racked buck.

This time we didn't get any black bear, coyote or bobcat pictures. Check back next time.

This weeks pictures were taken with our Trail Watcher 4220, Trail Watcher 2060, Whitetail EagleEye, Trail Watcher 2040, Bigfoot SLE and Trail Watcher Researcher.

The wounded buck doesn't show any effects of his trauma other than the fact his antlers aren't much bigger than last year. Whitetail EagleEye
