Got this picture last year and not sure what it was. I think it is too big to be a house cat. None of our neighbors have had a black cat.

Goes to show how much you know.We live in West Virginia and used to have a cougar we kept in the house and outside.When he was outside,we saw several cougars coming up to see him. One was a black one also known as a panther. But that definitely is a housecat.

I never said it was a panther. I said I didn't think it was a housecat. The local DNR doesn't have an anwser as to what it is. I. Have gotten two other pictures of this cat at night. Will post them later.
