A little over a week on this set of pictures and we didn't pick up any other decent bucks. Maybe next week we'll see a new one. We got pictures of four bucks. The small six point we'd seen before returned to our cameras this week.
The second biggest buck we still have around is a different six point. Even though we didn't get a picture of him, I saw him in the field getting a bite to eat. Not likely to be a trophy but he could grow into an interesting buck next year.
The big nine point is still around and we saw him on one of our trips to fill the feeders. His antlers changed from last year in a way we didn't expect. We're curious to see what he looks like next year. If you're curious you can see him on the November 27th pictures.
The third largest buck we still have around. Hopefully he finds brow tines next year.
This picture is in the same location as our last set of pictures. Identical without the snow.
How's this for a little six point? Going to take a couple of years.
This is how you make that last buck look big!dec
Might as well include two of this buck. A different view and a look at his mass and a sticker point at his base.
