Velvet Buck

Velvet Buck

Opening day tagged out, I have been watching this buck for several weeks leading to the archery season. I figured out what trail this buck was using to get to the apple orchard, climbed up a tree and that evening out came this 10 point buck with 11 inch eye guards 12 yards from the base of the tree, right before dark let the arrow fly and that's a wrap .... all this after I had passed on a nice 8 point buck.
