January 7th Whitetail Photos

It was a tough week and a half for our cameras. One camera wasn't on, not sure if we forgot to turn it on or if a critter turned it off. We also had battery problems with a couple others.

We didn't get any pictures of the big ten point this time. We just can't figure this buck out. The big eight point, on the other hand, was seen in three different areas. We also didn't get any pictures of the small nine point this time.

The wounded buck still seems to be healing up and it looks like he may be using that leg now. Our little one eye buck still seems to be having trouble with his right eye. We saw him up close and his right eye is partially closed. He has lost his little spikes but we'll try to keep an eye on him.(pun intended)

We didn't get any black bear pictures and there wasn't any evidence that he visited us. We also didn't get any bobcat or coyote pictures.

This weeks pictures were taken with our Penns Woods DS-07, Trail Watcher 2060, Bigfoot SLE, Woodland SpyCam and Reconyx RC55.

Okay, we're down to showing spikes, but don't you think this one is a dandy? Bigfoot SLE

Hopefully this buck won't break his antler tines off next year. Trail Watcher 2060

We're hoping this buck is just a young buck with a lot of promise. Penns Woods DS-07
