May 31, 2016 Whitetail Photographs

We let our cameras soak almost two months this time.

We did get pictures of one buck that has started growing his antlers. It doesn't look like he's going to be a trophy, but it's nice to see a buck. We also have at least one other smaller buck hanging around.

At the same time bucks starting growing their antlers, does start having their fawns. We got some real nice fawn pictures including pictures of a set of twins. It's always fun to post fawn pictures.

We're still getting turkey pictures. We'd seen them all spring hanging around so it's not any surprise we caught them on camera.

The cicadas are back after their 17 year sleep. Maybe we'll get a picture of one. They sure are noisy.

Here is a picture of a button buck from April 10th with snow still on the ground.

A doe just a few days later at sunset.

A turkey gobbler walking by after spring green up.

Our biggest buck and a smaller one following.

This has to be one of the best fawn pictures we've captured on our trail cameras.

A set of twins. We've not seen them in person yet, but probably will see them running around soon.
