November 23rd Deer Photographs

The first week of rifle season is usually a tough week for pictures and this week was no exception and maybe even worse than usual. We only got two pictures of bigger bucks and only saw one big buck while hunting. We're still trying to figure out what happened to the other bigger bucks.

We didn't get many pictures outside of our feeders except for one camera that was along a logging road that still picked up some deer traffic.

The tall eight point that we've watched this fall and is still included on this page is now gone. He was shot on our property line.

I saw the big eight point on Monday morning and the last picture we got of him was on Tuesday. The white foot buck with two broken tines showed up in pictures late in the week but we never actually saw him.

We didn't get any bobcat, coyote or fox pictures this week so check back next week.

This weeks pictures were taken with our Trail Watcher 4220, Trail Watcher Researcher, Penns Woods DS-07, Treebark Cameras 4.1 and Trail Watcher 2060.

This is the big eight point that I saw on Monday morning. Not sure why I didn't take a shot, maybe if I'd seen him later in the week. Trail Watcher 2060

The small, young nine point buck. Trail Watcher 2060

We saw this five point buck more than any other buck this week. Trail Watcher 4220

The one eye buck finally got his right eye open a little. Maybe he'll heal up. Penns Woods DS-07

The six point buck with no brow tines. Trail Watcher Researcher

The tall racked eight point that is no longer roaming the woods. Treebark Cameras 4.1

If this buck survives the rest of the season we'll be looking to take him next year. Treebark Cameras 4.1
