November 8th Whitetail Photographs

Last week we didn't see a lot of bucks and this week was just the opposite. We saw all of our regulars, plus one new eight point buck. The only buck that didn't show up at all was the eight point with the crooked G3. We didn't get a lot of pictures of them, we just got pictures of them. We only caught the nine point and the new eight pointers once each, but it's good to see them.

The new eight point is a buck with a lot of promise. He has width and tine length but no mass. We'd like to see him stick around and grow up. We caught him at a scrape we've had success with in the past.

We only got one picture of the nine point buck this week. We caught him as he walked past an attractant Saturday morning. The interesting thing is that we didn't see him at the feeder or either scrape we had cameras at on the same ridge.

For the coming week we're doing a little scouting. We've put two cameras over some attractant in two out of the way locations. We found a nice scrape in one of these spots so we put the camera watching the scrape and attractant. We're looking forward to what we see at these spots. We may see a monster or we may still have fully charged batteries.

Again this week we didn't get any coyote, bobcat or black bear pictures again this week. Check again next week.

This is the only picture we got of this buck this week, but we didn't see him at all last week.

This has to be one of the funniest fighting bucks pictures we've seen.

The seven point showed up again it looks like the G-3 on his left side is trying to grow in the wrong direction.

Our big eight point buck showed up in a few locations.

Our buddy with the overbite showed up everywhere again this week.

We'd really like to see this nine point stick around, but he's not a regular.

We're not sure where this buck came from, but he has a lot of promise.

We got three pictures of this buck this week in two different spots. This one isn't great, but it's the best of the three.
