October 26th Deer Photographs
I remembered to turn all of our cameras on this week and our batteries did their job so we had a pretty good picture week.
We didn't get any pictures of the smaller ten point, but we picked up a couple other bucks that look pretty nice. Hopefully we will keep seeing them over the coming weeks. One was a real wide eight point and we got pictures at one mineral lick/food plot of two bucks that may or may not be the same buck.
We had a little more action at scrapes this week and we found a large, fresh scrape we decided to monitor for a week. Bucks are getting aggressive. We have pictures of two bucks with broken tines. One is our largest eight point who broke off one G-3.
Now that one-eye is gone we had hoped another big buck would take over his territory but that didn't happen the first week.
We didn't get any coyote, bobcat or fox pictures this week so check back next week.
This weeks pictures were taken with our
Bigfoot SLE,
Swamp Ghost,
Trail Watcher 2040,
Woodland SpyCam and
Trail Watcher 4220.
We caught this young eight point working on this scrape. Bigfoot SLE
Our favorite six point at the same scrape. Bigfoot SLE
Our largest eight point buck who now has a broken antler tine. Woodland Spycam
The smaller eight point at a feeder. Swamp Ghost
The large ten point that gives us a glimpse every once in a while. Trail Watcher 2040
This looks like a large eight point in the same location as the ten point. Trail Watcher 2040
We definitely hadn't seen this buck before. Could he approach 20 inches inside spread? Trail Watcher 4220
