October 5th Deer Photographs

We jumped into October and Ryan saw a buck that we haven't seen on camera yet. It's amazing that he saw this buck in the hayfield and we haven't gotten a picture of him. If Ryan had got out of bed and been in a stand along the hayfield maybe he would have got a shot at this buck. Instead he tried to stalk it and bumped them away after he got to within 20 yards. It goes without saying we've moved some cameras to try to catch him.

We caught most of our regulars this week except for the biggest ten point. Maybe we'll see him next week at a scrape.

We're still not seeing decent bucks at one of our feeders and our second exploration feeder in a location nearby didn't find anything new. We moved this feeder to a location on the opposite end of the property.

The spot where we have our first exploration feeder continues to impress us with buck pictures and makes us want to move a permanent feeder there that isn't seeing any bucks.

We got another coyote picture as it traveled past the feeder just outside the hayfield, so make sure you take a look at the coyote picture page.

This weeks pictures were taken with our Bigfoot SLE, Swamp Ghost, Trail Watcher 4220 and Woodland SpyCam.

This buck always seems to be in the background and we're still not sure how many points he has. Trail Watcher 4220

The nice eight point that could be real tempting if he walks under our treestand. Woodland Spycam
