Well, woke up bout 5:30 that morning ready to go the day was 1-8-11 and I had a feeling about that morning the moon was just right deer were supposed to move bout 8:30 so I grabbed my Remington 270 770 model and hit the woods the plot name 25a is where my father James Jeans killed a 8 point a year prior so I knew the luck was with me I sat there as quiet as a mouse in a wall and waited and waited till finally I look about 230 yards down the power line and I notice something different that wasn't there before

so I picked my gun up and there he was all I saw was horns my body went to shakeing I calmed my self down and placed them crosshairs on the neck and squeezed the trigger and he dropped to the ground I hollared big buck down because I was so excited he jumped up and hit the woods my heart started pounded like no other praying to go he would be there so I waited 30 min then walked down there with my dads best friend I got good blood so we waited so more till may dad got there and then we went to the woods my dads best friend screams its a 10 point my heart sank but when I went to drag him out it was a tall 8 point with a curved browtine I was so excited well i shot him at 226 yards in the neck with my 270 one of the greatest days of my life sad part is I'm only 15
