September 20th Whitetail Photos

It now looks like all of the bucks have now lost their velvet, or at least the biggest ones we are watching. I saw a couple small rubs. It doesn't look like the bucks are getting aggressive yet. We didn't see any hint of a scrape anywhere either. The tall eight point still had his velvet in the early pictures this week but lost it early in the week.

We got pictures of our regular bucks this week, but not any visitors. We're hoping to pick up some other bucks over the next month.

The camera we had at the mock scrape didn't work this week so we don't know what may have visited. The area didn't look like any deer visited but we put a different camera at this spot this week.

We changed the location of one of our hayfield cameras hoping to catch bucks on the move. We've had success in this location in years past.

The little black bear didn't visit us again this week and we didn't see any coyotes or bobcats either.

This weeks pictures were taken with our Whitetail EagleEye, Penns Woods DS-07, Trail Watcher 2060 and Bigfoot SLE.

The big ten point has a double white throat patch that lets us know we've seen him for three years. Bigfoot SLE

This six point looks much bigger with his velvet still on. Penns Woods DS-07

You can really see this bucks overbite in this picture. Trail Watcher 2060

The big eight point is a real nice looking buck. We hope he doesn't turn into a ghost like past years. Trail Watcher 2060

This is a pretty nice looking eight point, but he's already broke off a brow tine. Trail Watcher 2060

I'm expecting big things from this buck next year, although he may not even make it until next year. Whitetail EagleEye
