September 27th Whitetail Photos
This weeks pictures take us right up to the first day of bow season. Scrapes have finally shown up and we're seeing more rubs. Ryan spent some time in a tree stand and got a look at the wide eight point and a couple of the smaller bucks. He never saw the ten point he was looking for.
Most of the bucks have shed, but there were pictures of one spike that still had bloody velvet. He still had velvet in the last pictures we got of him.
We got one nice buck picture at the mock scrape, but we don't really think he was drawn there by the scrape. He looks like a real nice eight point. The other camera in the hayfield had dead batteries and didn't provide any pictures.
We're still getting pictures of our nicest bucks. We got pictures of a fight in one food plot. Two smaller bucks were sparring and attracted the ten point. The ten point squared off with one of the smaller bucks which attracted the big eight point who then took on the ten point. Eventually we got pictures of both bucks walking away.
This week we didn't get any black bear, coyote or bobcat pictures.
This weeks pictures were taken with our
