It was November 5th I had just moved my stand that morning to a old civil war house sight on the property. I got in my stand at 1:30 p.m. It was pretty cold out that day. I sat in my stand until about 5:55 p.m. seeing no deer at all so as a last resort I started to rattle. I rattled a minute or 2 then sat down. It was no time at all after I sat down that I heard something behind me. I looked down and saw him walk under my stand. I calmly took aim on his neck. I made two grunt noises with my mouth to try to stop him but he kept going so I shot and when the smoke cleared he was laying on the ground.
